He is survived by: his children, Isaac Penrod of Sacramento, CA, Claryssa Penrod of Sacramento, CA, Desirae Penrod of Sacramento, CA, Aliah Penrod of Sacramento, CA, Ezekiel Penrod of Vermont and Derek Penrod, Jr. of Keystone Heights, FL.; his siblings, Beau Smith (Yvonne) of San Diego, CA and Crystal Penrod Flory of San Clara, CA.; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Amara and Isiah Dafazio. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
