He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blackwelder; his sons, Clinton Thomas Blackwelder and Matthew Tyler Blackwelder; his grandchildren, Kelly Ann Blackwelder and Nathaniel Thomas Blackwelder; and his sister Karen.
