He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sumner (Wofford) of Keystone Heights; his daughters, Cathy Cornett of Raiford and Lisa Mendoza (Jose) of Fort Meade; his sisters, Evelyn Booth of Starke and Nancy Jakob of Williston; and his stepsister Bobbie Gilbin.
