He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Werner and Phyllis Werner (Graham). He is survived by: his significant other John Penkoske; his children, Judson Werner of Waupun, WI and Ryan Bille (Kevin) of Eden Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Landon, Delilah Werner, Maci, Corbynn and Quinn Bille; and his siblings, Graham Werner (Barbara), Jennings Werner (Glen) and Beth Bax. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
