He was predeceased by: his father Glen Azevedo. He is survived by: his friend Kenz Everett; his close friend Andrei Conovali; his friend Lea Brandon Fettis; his mother Pamela Azevedo; and his siblings, Chris Azevedo, Mitch Azevedo and Kathy Kastberg. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
