Lisa Lusteg-Bennett wrote a sympathy message

“"So sorry to learn of Jared's passing. I would sometimes see & talk to him where he lived across the street from my mom (whom I'd visit) in Key Largo on Jewfish Ave. He was always friendly, easy going, & seemed ready to help with any task one asked of him. It was a blessing to have met him. He was too young to leave us but God had a better plan for him. I pray he will have eternal peace & joy & that his family will be comforted." From, Lisa Lusteg-Bennett”

Adam Bernstein wrote a sympathy message

“Jared, brother whom I grew up with, who shared a room with me at times, who got up with me early on Christmas morning to open our presents and play with our new toys, who was a year ahead of me at Rosemary Hills Elementary School and Montgomery Hills Junior High School, who tossed footballs with me at 2718 Colston Drive and spent weekends with our Dad at Broadkill Beach, and fished with me at Cedar Key, you are always part of me, having helped make me what I am. I'll miss you. --Adam”
