He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Miller and Eileen Blanche Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Miller; his sons, John Samuel Miller (Wendy) and James Bryan Miller; his grandchildren, John (Sarah), Melissa (Michael), Heidi, Jamie and Nicole Miller; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Autumn, Kylee, Delilia Miller, Savannah, Summer and Brody Kast; and his sister J. Sue Henry (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
