She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Kim Altman (Pete) of Key Largo, FL; her stepson Ralph "Bubba" Terrell (Kim) of Goose Creek; her brother Leroy Shackelford of High Point, NC; her grandchildren, Cody Lee Barnes (Shelby) and Katie Jo Barnes; and her great grandchild Laura Jean Barnes.
