He is survived by: his children, Helena Guastavino, John Guastavino and Claresa Guastavino; his grandson Rohan Guastavino; his siblings, Rafael Joseph Guastavino V and Elizabeth G Wilk (Tom); and his nieces, Maria Wilk and Julia Wilk.

In his honor, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Redbone.org an organization that meant so much to him.
