With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Hayward of Kenneth City, Florida, born in Cambridge City, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E Porter and Thelma I Porter (Wyer); her husband Clifford "Gene" Hayward; her sisters, Barbara Wolford, Maralyn Rose and Elizabeth Miller; and her stepmother Anna Porter.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Garnsey and Robert Hayward; and her sisters, Rebecca Porter (Tom Westevelt) and Kay Pike. She is also survived by close friend.

In lieu of flowers, family is asking for donations to the Salvation Army.
