He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Linda M. Cordrey and John W. Cordrey; his wife Betty Smith; his children, Sandra Whitley, Lucinda M. Smith, Clarence A. Smith and Kirby B. Smith; and his grandchildren, Bryan Clark, Michele Cordrey, Carl Sandberg, Mark Sandberg, Angela Haner, Bradley A. Gulsby, Derek J. Smith Miranda and Sharlee A. Combs. He was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren as well as great-great children.
