He was predeceased by: his parent Allen Fugate; and his siblings, Oma Faye Adkins, Ida Mae "Jackie" Sandlin, Bertha Lucille Frasier, Samuel Fugate and Amos Fugate.
He is survived by: his parent Larcy Fugate; his spouse Kathleen Fugate; his children, Matthew Fugate, John Fugate, Debbie Goetz and Beth Ann Humphries; and his grandchildren, Allen Fugate and John Michael Fugate.
