John David Story, 60, of St. Cloud, FL passed away on March 19, 2022. He was born on October 15, 1961 to John and Tara (Lockridge) Story in St. Cloud, FL. John was a Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction industry. In addition to his mother, Tara Story, he was preceded in death by his daughters; Ashley and Jessica Story, and a half sister, Wanda Story. John is survived by his loving family; sons, Justin Story of NC, Wesley Story of GA; father, John Story, Sr. formerly of Kenansville, FL; brother, Jim (Angie) Story of Port Saint Lucie, FL; half-brothers, Tommy Lockridge of Port Saint Lucie, FL, Clifford Story of Okeechobee, FL; half-sister, Tia Godskin of Coral Gables, FL. John will be remembered as a man who had little, but gave a lot. He will be missed by his family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday April 1, 2022 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the chapel of Osceola Memory Gardens, St. Cloud. A visitation will be held on Saturday April 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at The First Missionary Baptist Church in Kenansville. Interment will follow in the Kenansville Cemetery.
