He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Rydell. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sister Ruth Johnson; his daughters, Dr. Margret Rydell (Harry Aslanian) and Amy Werner (Brian Werner); and his grandchildren, Elise, John, Alexander, Theodore, Annika and Penelope.
