She is survived by: her mother Arlene Borkowski (Peter Falvo); her son Timothy Falvo; her husband Peter; her child Kelsey; and her siblings, Phillip, James, Brian and Cindy.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 769 W Lumsden Rd, Brandon, FL 33511.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center or First Ladies Farm-Reinventing Rescue in Kathy's memory.
