He is survived by: his son William Hunter Girvan II (Billy); his father Bill of Stuart; his sister Betsy McMillan (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Sully and Gavin of Punta Gorda; his brother Gregg (Ashley); his niece Emma; and his nephews, Alex and Ethan of Austin, Texas.. He is also survived by friends and by his loving father, sister and brother.
