He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mollica and Marian Failla Mollica; his stepfather Eugene T. Mollica; and his sisters, Geraldine Comerci and Shirley Albanese.
He is survived by: his wife Ann C. Failla; his children, Marita Wolff (Patrick) of Maplewood, NJ and Robert A. Failla (Kerry) of Chatham Township, NJ.; his grandchildren, Cullen, Kayleigh, Aidan Wolff, Christopher, Matthew and Katherine Failla; his stepbrother Eugene T. Mollica (Sandra); and his sisters-in-law, Louise Martorana (Anthony) and Mary Wetmore.
