It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Joy Shapiro of Jupiter, Florida, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Shapiro and Katherine Shapiro; her brother Fred Shapiro; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Lee Shapiro.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to The Pet Cottage of Jupiter Florida, who now cares for her beloved Sophia and Skylar.
