He is survived by: his brother Patrick Fagan (Kathy); and his children, Cindy Soles (Dwayne), Michael S. Fagan, Karen Luebke (Mark) and LeeAnne Adams (Mike). He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
