He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Augustine Waters and Lorraine Atwell Waters; and his sister Madeline. He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Isaacson of Rochester, VT, Kathy Waters (Kurt Lewis) of Oak Hill, VA, Jim Waters (Veronica) of Purcellville, VA and John Waters of Annandale, VA.; his wife Barbara; his children, Lonn of Herndon, VA, Ross (Jenni) of Tequesta, FL and Aileen (Andy Chen) of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Audrey, Claire, Smith and Scotti May.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Good Shepherd Episcopal School in Tequesta, Florida, where Mike and Barbara have devoted their energies and support.
