He is survived by: his mother Marie Hay of Jupiter, FL.; and his siblings, James T. Hay, IV of Riviera Beach, FL., Keith T. Hay of Riviera Beach, FL., Elizabeth Garrett of Wellington, FL., Margie Smith of Jupiter, FL., Sabrina Hay and Pamela Hay-Blair of Jupiter, FL.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and sorrowing friends.
