He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Charles Hughes Sr. and Dolly Myrtle Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Charles Monroe Hughes (Shari), Leo Charles Hughes III (CJ), Patrick J. Hughes (Karen) and Mary C. Davis; his grandchildren, Brittany, Christina, Kevin and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Casen, Hays, Levi, Lillie and Theo; and his siblings, Bobby Hughes, Betty Light (Henry) and Susan Creech (Charlie).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
