He is survived by: his friends, Scott, Nick, Gus and Howard; his sister Ramona Dora; his sister-in-law Patricia David; his nieces and nephews, William Dora, Jr. (Kristen), Christian David (Roxanne), Theodore David II, Linda Elkanich (George) and Karin Walker (Steve); and his cousin Denise Asha Behr.
