He was predeceased by: his brother James Collins; and his parents, Richard J Collins and Mary Collins (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Laura Collins (Verre); his children, Ame Furey (Michael), Nicole Collins Hallinan, John David Collins (Almalina) and Laura Collins; his grandchildren, Caden, Jack, Mikey, Jake, Patrick and Liliana; and his sister Jane Collins. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
