He is survived by: his wife Marie Hay of Jupiter, FL; his children, James T. Hay, III of Jupiter, FL, Michael A. Hay of Jupiter, FL, Keith T. Hay of Jupiter, FL, Elizabeth Garrett of Wellington, FL, Margie Smith of Jupiter, FL, Sabrina M. Hay and Pamela Hay-Blair of Jupiter, FL; and his brothers, Joseph Hay (Marian) of Augusta, GA, Samuel Hay and Benjamin Hay (Betty) of Jupiter, FL.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and sorrowing friends.
