She is survived by: her husband Donald Louis Foerch Jr.; her children, John and Andrea; her siblings, Nancy (David), Cindy (Christopher) and Leonard Jr. (Debbie); her grandchildren, Matthew (Brittany), Sierra (Steve), Courtney, Brittany and Raymond; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Stevie and Travis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
