She was predeceased by: her former husband Curtis Carter; and her sisters, Janet and Barbara. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Richard (Jamila), Kevin (Corinne), Angela (Chad) and Elizabeth (Daniel); her grandchildren, Stephen, Collin, Katelyn, Casey, Amanda, Phillip, Trevor, Justin, Paige, Deschain and Brileigh; her husband Larry Rissmiller; and her sister Patricia. She is also survived by her children and stepchildren, and her cherished grandchildren.
