He is survived by: his parents, Catherine "Kay" Forrest and Patrick Cullen; his wife Katie Fennell Cullen; his sisters, Sandra Cullen and Michelle Schwarzbeck (Richard); his mother-in-law Nancy Fennell; his sisters, Chrissy (DJ Stange) and Beth (Bo Young); his niece Lauren Schwarzbeck; and his nephews, Justin Schwarzbeck and Joseph Young. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
