He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett William and Dorcas Millholland. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joan Etchells of Cheshire, England; his daughters, Brittany Croatti (Aldo) and Valerie Regil (Joseba); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Daniel and Kyle.
