He is survived by: his mother Judi Collins of Jupiter, Florida; his aunts and uncles, Brenda Kniffin of Stuart, Florida, Robert Banner of Lake Worth, Florida, Katherine Buffer, Alan Buffer of Coconut Grove, Florida, Karl Banner and Blenda Banner of Greeneville; and his pets, Callie and Chloe.
