She is survived by: her children, Linda Monaco (John) of Fredonia, NY, Lu Ann Civiletto (Charles) of Fredonia, NY, Tom (Vicki Burgess) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Floyd (Susan Groesch) of Fredonia, NY.; her grandchildren, Charles Paul Civiletto (Chrissy Notaro), Katie Elizabeth Civiletto (Jared Stenger), Alexander Xavier Kurgan, Ivy Rose Kurgan (Joshua Brune), Cullen Paul Kurgan and Rian Joseph Budzinski; her great grandchildren, Finley Belle Kurgan and Serafina Marie Civiletto; her sister Janet Scott of Ripley, NY; and her brother-in-law Donald Kurgan (Beryl). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
