She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Poole (Evans); her grandmother Aunt; her children, Dan Millard (Patricia Ponder) of Daphne, Jessica, Erin, Katy, David Lee Millard III (Susie) of Brilliant and Linda Millard of Port St; and also, David Lee IV, Jeremy, Amanda and Jonathan Millard. She is also survived by Mom, wife.
