He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Douglas and Margaret Douglas (Metz); and his siblings, Maureen Costas and Brit Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Judith Douglas (D'Alessandro); his daughters, Jeneen Vitkus (John) and Andrea Rosenquest (Ken); his grandchildren, John, Ryan, Carah, Kylie, Laila, Addison and Elle; and his great grandchild Teddi Rose.
