He was predeceased by: his wives, Virginia Lewis and Terry Lewis; and his stepson Gary Ferreri. He is survived by: his children, Thomas and Catherine; his grandchildren, Lacey Sanderson and Amy Skillings; his nieces, Rachel Burgess, Sarah Skidmore, Pam Willis and Judy Felder; his nephew Kevin Tingley; his stepson John Ferreri; his stepdaughter-in-law Gina Ferreri; and his stepgrandchildren, Jillian Ferreri, Jonathan Ferreri, Anthony Ferreri and Gary Ferreri Jr..
