She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Klosek and Helen Klosek (Ameijka). She is survived by: her husband Raoul "Stan"; her children, Renee, Peter and Andrew; her grandchildren, Brooke, Caroline, Anderson, Robin, Tristan and Weston; and her siblings, Robert, Stephen, Judith Brattole and Ellen Kratzer.
The family requests that contributions be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice of Stuart, Florida in Patricia's memory in lieu of flowers.
