He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Caputo and Pauline Caputo; and his sister-in-law Winnie Caputo. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Caputo (Alfano); his siblings, Fran Behrle (Jack), Bill Caputo (Lisa), Bob Caputo and Frank Caputo (Doreen); his children, Michele Mannion and Melissa Spatafora (Salvatore); and his grandchildren, Mikayla Crump, Salvatore Spatafora and Nicholas Spatafora.
