She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Acuff and Helen Blanks McGhee; her son Danny Owen Hodges; and her siblings, Jesse McGhee and Kathleen McGhee Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Lether; her stepson Byron Stephen Sapp (Kim); and her grandchildren, Katherine Mosley (Chapin), Jonathon Davis Sapp and Jackson Sapp. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations in Lois's memory to go to Tiffany Hall Hospice, 1800SE Hillmoor Drive, Port St Lucie, FL 34956.
