She was predeceased by: her husband Hendrick Forss; her daughter Susan Forss; and her granddaughter Renee Hevey. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Hevey (Jim Freeman) and Nancy Pembroke (Bill Pembroke); her grandchildren, Billy Pembroke (Rebecca Inman), Emily Debi (Sean Debi) and Jimmy Pembroke (Taryn Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Gianna Russo and Anthony Russo.
