It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jamie Ann Schweikert- Cummings (Jensen Beach, Florida), who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Pat. She is survived by: her father James Schweikert; her brother Bill Schweikert (Julie); her nieces, Brittany and Natalie; her nephew William; her former husband Chris Cummings; her parents-in-law, Ken and Kathy Cummings; her sister-in-law Shannon Grazi (Ryan); her nieces, Abigail and Elizabeth; her cousin Leona Kitchings; her boyfriend Steve Zelenick; her partner's child Payge; her close friend Rigby; and also, Hollie and Ashley.
Donations in Jamie's name can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or the Miami Transplant Institute (MTI) Miller School of Medicine-University of Miami.
