She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank D. Restina; her parents, Theodore McMullen and Beatrice Semo; her son Frank T. Restina; her sister Catherine Bardwell; and her son Paul Restina of Glen Allen. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
