“Betty and i were very sorry to hear of charles passing. Charles and i first met at lakefront marine in port clinton. Charles and i both owned tollycraft motor yachts and belonged to the united states power squadron. When we moved to florida our lives passed again with charles and his family at their marina and in the st. Lucie river power squadron in which he was very active and always willing to help us promote "boating safety" any way he could. We will miss him. Betty and denny ladd”

“Nancy and boys, sheri and i are so sorry to hear of charles' passing so late. I suspected his health had been deteriorating as we have not seen charles at the power squadron lunches for quite some time. I always enjoyed seeing and visiting with charles as we always had some very interesting things to discuss. We will miss him also. Sincerely, bruce and sheri muller”
