He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie; and his siblings, Anna, Raymond, Bernard, Eugene and Francis.
He is survived by: his son Charles R. O'Neill, Jr. (Chuck); his daughter-in-law Margaret of Honeoye Falls, NY; his sons, Gary T. O'Neill of Jensen Beach, FL and Lash J. O'Neill; his granddaughter Meghan O'Neill McDonald; his grandson-in-law Luke; and his great grandchild Alivia Joy of Rego Park, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law.
