We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2018, at the age of 77, Carl L. Richter (Jensen Beach, Florida), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Richter; and his daughter Nikki L. Murphy of Jensen Beach, FL.. He is survived by: his parent Marie Richter; his wife Jo-Ann Richter; his daughter Mindy Zyra (Todd) of Kendall, NY; his brother Andrew Richter; his great grandchild Buddy Casillas of Ft; and also, Devoted, Wife Mary of Point Lookout, NY and Ramone Casillas of Ft. He is also survived by his Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
