He is survived by: his grandchildren, William Wyatt Leis, Waylon Scott Orme and Shelby Ellen-Jeanne Orme; his daughters, Ashley Elaine Marie Swofford of Lake City, FL and Sarah Jane Swofford (Rob) of Ocala, FL; and his siblings, Roger Swofford (Barbara) of Alpharetta, GA and Glenda Dennis (Brice) of Jasper, FL..
