It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Earlene Burnam Carter of Jennings, Florida, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlon Burnam and Marie Dees Burnam; and her brother Edward Harlon "Buddy" Burnam. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Carter; her daughters, Stephanie Lim (Jay) of Virginia and Shauna Sefsic (Jeff) of Pennsylvania; her siblings, Lavon Burnam (Joy) of Jennings, FL., Larry Burnam (Kathy) of Jennings, FL., Don Burnam (Beth) of Jennings, FL. and Jean Jones (Bill) of Jacksonville; and her sister-in-law Connie Burnam of Jennings, FL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Burnham Christian Church, 4520 NW County Road 146, Jennings, FL 32053.

“Oh my....I just seen this where Earlene had passed away. It's amazing how we are family but have lost that contact to make sure everyone knows when we have a relative that passes. I'm so sorry to see and read this. So many memories on that Burnam Farm. Earlene always played a gospel record at night when I was visiting and going to bed.
