Black of Jennings; her children, Chad Howell of Adel, Georgia, Jonathan Howell, Sr. of May Day, Georgia and Kenith Stracener of Valdosta, Georgia.; her sister Sylvia Rhames (Ronnie) of Valdosta; and her grandchildren, Justin Howell (Delaney), Lindy Howell, Nathan Brown, Brooke Howell, Brianna Howell, Jonathan Howell, Jr., Landon Stracener, Tyler Stracener and Jasmine Perkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
