With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Theodore Miller of Jennings, Florida, born in Alachua, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. R. "Bob" Miller and Florrie Miller; his brother James Miller; and his stepdaughter Sharon Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Sarah Miller Deas (Ralph) of Jasper, FL; his stepchildren, James Scott Miller (Susan) of Jasper, FL, Beverly Catir of DeLand, FL and Jackie Lynn Wayland of Hudson, FL; his sisters, Carolyn Blount of Madison, FL, Bunnie Smith of Orange Park, FL and Melanie Cooper of Barney, GA; and his grandsons, Matthew Carl Deas, Jacob Deas, Caleb Deas and Luke Deas. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bright Pond Baptist Church (6233 N W U. S. Hwy 41, Jasper, FL 32052). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
