He is survived by: his wife Alma Polk Settle; his sister Ester Nutt (Charles) of Prattville, AL; his son Bert Settle, Jr. (Crock); his daughter-in-law Sherry Settle of Fayette, AL; his grandchildren, Preston Settle (Mallorie), Cammie Settle, Trey Settle, Wesley Settle, Ally Settle, DeAnn Taylor (Jeff), Kendell Teague (Andrew) and Presley Melton; his great grandchildren, Morgan Taylor (Selina), Ashton Taylor, Forrest, William "Liam" Settle, Hamilton and Ellis Teague; and his granddaughter Donna Bullock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
