He was predeceased by: his parents, Prince Meadows and Annie Wilma Meadows; and his siblings, John and Carol Middlebrook. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Meadows; his children, Traci Froncillo (Steve) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Rachel Arnold (Shannon) of Lander and Phillip (Sherry) of Mobile, Alabama; and his brother Donald Meadows (Anna) of Cantonment, Florida.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
