He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Lowery Kelley; his sister Jeanette (Sam); his children, Travis Kelley, Kathy Blackmon (Preston) and Tony Kelley (Amanda); his grandchildren, Ross Kelley (Jayme), Dellany Kelley, Brianna Kelley, Blakeley Kelley, Dana Blackmon, Jamie Blackmon, Austin Kelley, Jakob Kelley, Wyatt Powell and Carson Powell; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Ansley, Olivia, Bayleigh, Jaylyn and Ryder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
